• Lakeside Village:

  The Lakeside Village at The Peninsula is an amenity complex that by itself offers more than other resort and vacation communities. Swim in their outside pool, the wave pool or the indoor pool.
  
  If you’re not the water type, there is still plenty to keep you busy! Visit the state-of-the-art fitness facility. Play tennis at one of their eight tennis courts. Play a team sport in the gym.
  
  It isn’t all exercise at the Lakeside Village. Enjoy a spa treatment or a soothing massage. Also located at Lakeside is the Terrace Grille where you can have a delicious meal after all that working out. There is also a Golf Shop where their staff will gladly assist you. Lakeside Village even has it’s own community Post Office.

• Nicklaus Golf:

  The finest Delaware resort has teamed with one of the most skilled golfers in the history of the game to deliver the first private Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course in Delaware. This highly esteemed course design does not disappoint and is the highlight for many of The Peninsula members.
  
  The private 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Design Golf Course opened in April 2006. Seven holes of the golf course are set dramatically along the Indian River Bay and Lingo Creek, and set the tone for the special feel of the Troon Golf Experience at The Peninsula. With four sets of tees, the course offers an enjoyable experience for all levels of golfers. Recently, The Peninsula partnered with the PGA of America and U.S. Kids Golf and installed two sets of "Family Friendly" tees. By adding two sets of tee locations (Blue Level—1100 yards and Gold Level 2 tees—1900 yards) all family members are able to enjoy the round.
  
  Managed by Troon Golf®, the national leader in golf course and private golf club management, the experience is like no other.

• Pro Shop:

  The Peninsula golf shop is open year round and offers a wide array of men’s and women’s apparel including top vendors such as, Nicklaus, Nike, Adidas, Greg Norman, Sport Haley and EP Pro.
  
  Their professional staff is certified in the PGA, Titleist Club Fitting and Body Balance for Performance. They are committed to game improvement and custom club fitting and stock only top of the line hard goods.

• Tennis Complex:

  The Tennis Complex offers tennis at a level other resort communities cannot compare. Eight courts are available—six have the Premier Surface, the softest ‛hard’ surface available. The other two are beautifully maintained Har Tru courts. The stadium seating on two of the courts will make anyone feel like a champion. All courts are lighted and open for play year round.
  
  The snack bar is situated adjacent to the tennis complex and wave pool. A fun family-friendly place for your summertime lunch, the menu includes oven baked pizza, soft serve ice cream, garden fresh salads, chicken fingers and ‛Boardwalk’ French Fries. Fun for everyone, the snack bar is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Walking Trails:

  Those looking for a slower pace will fall in love with their walking trails, which allow you to take in and enjoy nature. Take a peaceful walk with friends and enjoy the fresh air as you reminisce or just reflect upon the beautiful scenery around you.

• Condominiums:

  The Peninsula condominium homes are designed to provide you and your family with a mixture of comfort and luxury rarely enjoyed. All condominiums feature a single-level design, spacious kitchens, private balconies and up to four bedrooms, with several offering private garages. Choose a condominium in a scenery that best fits you.
  
  In the Windswept neighborhood, you can be next to the Lakeside Village Center where many community events are held. A condominium at the Eighteenth On The Bay overlooks Lingo Creek and the fairways of the 17th and 18th holes of the golf course.
