  Few golf communities can boast one private championship golf course. The Landings on Skidaway Island offers six. All courses are Aububon certified and designed by immortals of the game—Arnold Palmer, Arthur Hills, Willard Byrd and more. The recent renovation of the community’s Deer Creek Golf Course, designed by Tom Fazio, was completed in October 2009. Set against a stunning backdrop of stately hardwood forests, unspoiled saltwater marshes and pristine tidal creeks, all six courses offer challenging play for golfers of all skill levels.
  
  Add four 1st-class practice facilities featuring driving ranges, chipping greens with bunkers and a multitude of putting greens, along with an outstanding instructional program offered by a staff of PGA and LPGA professionals, and you have a golf experience beyond compare.
  
  In addition, The Landings has the largest number of women golfers of any community in the country with Nicole Weller, Golf Digest magazine’s Top 40 “Best Young Teacher 2010” on its staff as a head teaching professional.

• Clubhouses:

• Tennis:

  At The Landings on Savannah’s Skidaway Island, you’ll find an extensive array of tennis facilities and programs, with 750 people who play at least three times a week.
