Introducing River Island

Conveniently located in Augusta, GA, River Island is a 900 acre master planned community where in excess of 30% of the property will be placed into a conservation easement with the Central Savannah River Land Trust. River Island has in excess of three miles of property on the Savannah River and offers miles of meandering pathways and nature trails. Community docks are equipped with recreational craft such as canoes and kayaks.
