• Location:

    Cape Fear National®, 27-holes of world-class golf, is designed by noted course architect Tim Cate. Using the magnificent forest of oaks, maples, cypress, pines and magnolias as a backdrop, Cate has created drama and interest at every hole for players of all levels.

• Clubhouse:

    Members will enjoy a Clubhouse with a host of golf and social activities and facilities.

• River Club:

    The River Club is planned as the community’s boating and fishing center. Overlooking picturesque Town Creek, known for its abundance of wildlife, aquatic plants and virgin forest, the club will feature covered porches connecting a multi-purpose gathering room, a nature center offering canoes, kayaks and fishing tackle, a screened pavilion for cookouts, outdoor fireplace, observation platform, boat storage facilities, boardwalk and pedestrian bridge leading to floating docks on the river.

• Ocean Club:

    The Ocean Club will offer access to the spectacular beach and Atlantic Ocean.

• Wellness Center:

    At the Wellness/Fitness Center, residents will enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, a wade-in beach, along with fitness facilities including a sauna, steam room, whirlpool, massage rooms, dressing lounges, aerobics and exercise rooms, lounge with media center, bocce and shuffle board courts, and six hard-surface tennis courts.

• Community Garden:

    The unique Community Gardens offers a fruit orchard and vegetable garden, glass-enclosed meeting room with library. A Green house will allow residents to grow flowers year round.

    More than 100 miles of walking and leisure trails and path ways connect neighborhoods and amenity centers, winding throughout Brunswick Forest along protected woodlands, quiet creeks and wetland preserves.
