Cutter Bay, located in the center of North Carolina's famed Inner Banks, is a boating, sailing and yachting paradise. Just a short drive outside Historic New Bern, NC, Cutter Bay is surrounded by water. The property itself is a peninsula nestled between Trent Creek and the Bay River that flows directly into the Pamilico Sound, an area known for its great boating waters.

The centerpiece of this planned gated community is the magnificent 50-acre Harbour Lake. This lake serves as the backdrop for many of the community's homesites as well as the  inland marina, harbor, unique boat launch and boatlift.  A design that makes getting out on the water a breeze.
