As the Catawba River begins its 200 mile eastward flow from the North Carolina mountains, it takes a unique 180 degree turn creating an oasis of treasured land onto which the River Club has created only 35 generous homesites on 180 acres. Some homesites overlook the river; some provide awesome views of the Blue Ridge Mountains; some include both. With nearly two miles of river frontage, the property offers ample trout fishing, canoeing and kayaking opportunities. For equestrian enthusiasts, a 16-stall stable with outdoor ring and covered round pen are complete along with miles of riding and hiking trails.
