Tidewater at Ocean Isle has been carefully planned to minimize impacts to wetlands, while giving residents access to the tidal creek, neighborhood pond, and wetland environments. The neighborhood will offer 78 single-family lots on 25.66 acres.

Seventeen lots will be located along Saucepan Creek. Homes along Saucepan Creek and one row back will incorporate elevated drive-under architectural design.

Amenities will be anchored by community docks along the pond and Saucepan Creek at the southeastern end of the neighborhood and by the community pool in the northwestern portion of the neighborhood. Pedestrian paths will run alongside the road and through wetland areas via boardwalks. Parks will be located throughout the community offering a variety of active and passive recreation activities.
