White Oak Golf & Equestrian Community Info

Historic White Oak is home to more than two centuries of rich history. It also happens to be a spectacular place to live as well. Especially when one considers the amenities: a 7,200 yard, 71 par Arnold Palmer championship golf course, under construction and scheduled to open in late 2008, a private vineyard already bearing fruit, an under design state-of-the-art equestrian center, celestial observatory, Village Center with numerous planned amenities and, of course, miles of walking, riding and hiking trails. White Oak encompasses more than 1,100 acres of wooded rolling hills around the fertile plateau of White Oak Creek making an ideal setting for home sites ranging in size from a 1/2 acre to 3 acres. Even Atlanta, Georgia is less than 250 miles away. But closer in, just 16 miles down the road in fact, you'll discover the town of Tryon offers nearly everything you could need or want.
