Brigadoon is about two things - The love of horses and the SPACE to enjoy them. The vision behind this world-class equestrian community is guided by the belief that equestrian life is best enjoyed when it’s not enclosed in restrictive space. For this reason, expansive areas are offered to all equestrian pursuits.

The 1,700 acres at Brigadoon with sandy soil, tall pines and rolling pastures create the perfect setting for almost any equestrian sport including polo, hunter/jumper, three-day eventing, dressage and driving. Even those who don’t own horses enjoy the abundance of space and peaceful country living.

Brigadoon is more than a collection of homes; it is a meticulously planned community where every detail has been thoughtfully considered. There are many aspects of this community that contribute to the exceptional quality of life here — from the size and layout of the property itself to the well-maintained facilities and plentiful amenities. Home sites range from 7.5 to 18 acres.

Amenities include three championship polo fields, a 180’x310’ covered arena (large enough for indoor polo), dressage arena, grass show jumping area, outdoor ring, one-mile exercise track and 24-stall barn for residents and guests. There are also over 18 miles of private trails to explore without ever leaving the property.

Nearly 500 of Brigadoon’s acres have been set aside as green space, never to be developed in any way. You’re welcome to explore this expanse on either foot or horseback, taking time to steal a few precious moments away from it all while experiencing what much of the entire region looked like hundreds of years ago. A primary goal of the vision behind Brigadoon is to ensure that pristine country such as this retains its splendor for generations to come.
