We started with a beautiful South Carolina lake and added some fine amenities – a yacht club and pool complex, equestrian center, athletic complex, tennis center and The Patriot, named "Best New Course" by South Carolina Magazine. What we ended up with are extraordinary neighborhoods that are far more affordable than other Southern communities of this caliber.

Each community is situated on the heavily wooded shores of 11,000-acre Lake Greenwood. 18-hole signature Davis Love III golf course named “Best New Course” in 2005 by South Carolina Magazine. The heart of The Patriot golf course is the 65-ft earthen fort and underground cart-path tunnels constructed of antique brick which pays tribute to the areas rich Revolutionary war history.
The Yacht Club:
features a 96-slip marina, Cabana Bar & Grill, sugar sand beach, Aquatics Center and Yacht Clubhouse, all on the shores of beautiful Lake Greenwood
Brand New Athletic Complex & Fitness Center :
Features 3 soft clay, sub-irrigated hydro tennis courts, strengthening and conditioning exercise equipment and Men’s and Women’s locker/steam rooms
Patriot Golf Clubhouse:
Opened November 2006. The beautiful Golf clubhouse features fine-dining, a full service pro-shop, indoor and outdoor Fireplaces, lounge and meeting rooms.
Equestrian Center:
Features a 50-acre paddock area and 8-stall barn.
