      The Resort Course was designed by Roger Rulewich and plays along the Intracoastal waters. The private Members Course is co-designed by Nick Price and Craig Schreiner and is located in the private gated Members Club residential neighborhood.
  • Ocean Club:

      The 25,000 square-foot Mediterranean designed Ocean Club located beachfront, has a magnificent lagoon style pool with waterfalls, kiddy pool and offers a myriad of dining, social and recreational opportunities.
  • Golf Clubhouse:

      Resort Club: Enjoy breakfast or lunch in the well-appointed Dining Room, the cozy Tapas room or al fresco on the Waterway Terrace with views of the 18th green and lake.

    Members Club: A 27,000 square feet, Italian Mediterranean-style private clubhouse offering fine dining, a cozy library with fireplace and golf shop nestled between the 9th and 18th fairways.

  • Tennis:

  • Marina:

      The Marina at Grande Dunes is one of the finest full-service facilities on the East Coast and features 130 slips plus lay along, accommodating vessels up to 120 feet. Four-star services and amenities include premium cable TV, telephone and wireless Internet, concierge service, plus complimentary continental breakfast and newspaper. The Marina will soon be joined with the planned Marina Village featuring festive boutique shops and restaurants.
  • Marina Inn and Conference Center:

      A new era of hospitality begins with the opening of the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes. Located on the Intracoastal Waterway each guest will experience magnificent waterway views and every spacious guest room and villa at the Marina Inn is an invitation to immerse yourself in privacy and luxury. The Marina Inn will also be a grande departure from everyday meetings. 25,000 sq. ft. of lavish function space includes a 5,000 sq. ft. ballroom that can comfortably accommodate up to 500 guests.
  • Homes:

      The multi-faceted Grande Dunes offers an array of residential options from custom homes to golf/waterway villas and oceanfront condominiums. Single-family homes are from the $800s golf and waterway villas begin in the $300s. Oceanfront condominiums start in the $1-2 million range.
  • Conservation:

      2005 recipient of the Building With Trees Award of Excellence from The National Arbor Day Foundation. The national foundation recognizes builders and developers for their ability to save trees during construction and land development.
