Introducing Hampton Lake

At Hampton Lake, it's all about the water. Located in Bluffton, South Carolina, Hampton Lake is the Hilton Head area's only private lake community. The jewel of the community is the 165-acre freshwater lake that includes 7 miles of navigable waterways and 15 miles of shoreline. With approximately 345 surrounding acres of nature preserve, which together with the lake, create over 500 acres of open space and nature-friendly environment. Most lakefront homes and homesites will accommodate boat slips, for easy back-yard access to fishing, kayaking, and deck-boat cruising with friends. Shopping, dining, entertainment, world-class golf, cultural and educational opportunities, and medical facilities are conveniently located nearby.
