Introducing Hampton Lake

At Hampton Lake, it's all about the water. Located in Bluffton, South Carolina, Hampton Lake is the Hilton Head area's only private lake community. The jewel of the community is the 165-acre freshwater lake that includes 7 miles of navigable waterways and 15 miles of shoreline. With approximately 345 surrounding acres of nature preserve, which together with the lake, create over 500 acres of open space and nature-friendly environment. Most lakefront homes and homesites will accommodate boat slips, for easy back-yard access to fishing, kayaking, and deck-boat cruising with friends. Choose from a family-oriented resort-style pool with a central island and lazy river, an adults only pool with shaded cabanas, a children's water play area with squirting pelicans, bubblers and an assortment of other features or a sandy beach
Boathouse:
Community boathouse includes boats for member use, with nature center, bait, tackle and convenience store
Campsite:
The Outpost will include covered sites for 4-8 person tents, picnic pavilion, fire rings, bathhouses, fishing rod stands, clothes drying racks, canoe and kayak storage and launch
Dog Park:
Dog Paddle Park will include a fire hydrant to wash up at, sand pit, convenience station and picnic/rest shelters
