The Ponds Info

The Ponds is a master-planned community designed to be an extension of Summerville, complementing the town’s vibrant culture, honoring its small-town traditions, and continuing its legacy of timeless Lowcountry architecture. A central village will include shops, live/work units, and a grass amphitheatre for concerts and other events. Amenities include a network of parks, upland ponds, a 1,100-acre nature conservancy, and an extensive natural trail system. The Ponds will also include an onsite YMCA, EMS/Fire Station, and a proposed K-8 public school. We plan to offer custom home lots priced from the low $100s, townhouses priced from the mid $200s, and single-family homes priced from the low $300s.
