Aiken, South Carolina, is a place of charm, sophistication and great natural beauty. It’s an historic, magnolia-scented small town with an equestrian legacy dating back almost two hundred years. This is horse country. And there’s a new neighborhood at the heart of it that combines a love of all things equine with lovely homes and small farms in a sweeping, pastoral setting. The setting is 2400 acres of land that seems to stretch on forever, over broad savannahs and forest dense with age-old trees. Two significant creeks run through it, along with o over thirty miles of trails with picnic areas. Nestled throughout the landscape are estate-size lots of an acre or more and small farms from 4 to 20 acres and even larger.
