Three Runs Plantation Info

Three Runs Plantation is an equestrian-oriented residential community located just south of historic downtown Aiken, SC. The property encompasses over 2,400 acres of graceful, rolling topography. It is land that seems to stretch forever… over broad savannahs and forests dense with age-old trees. Two significant creeks run through the land and conservation easements protect hundreds of acres of wetlands and creek frontage.

One of the most significant amenities offered at Three Runs is over 30 miles of marked trails that meander through the magnificent scenery. They can be enjoyed on foot, horseback or by carriage. There are picnic shelters along the creeks, cross country training jumps and gallop areas.

The equestrian complex includes a dressage arena, stadium jump arena, clubhouse, outdoor pavilion, pool and cabana. Future plans include a recreation complex with a second pool and fitness center.

Homesites range from four to 20 acres and even larger. This is a custom-build community with generous architectural guidelines.
