Located in Spring City, Tennessee, the 90-acre development offers panoramic views across beautiful Watts Bar Lake and gently sloping lots to the water's edge. All lakefront lots are suitable for private docks and a community marina is also available. Amenities include a beautifully appointed clubhouse, paved nature trails, community gazebos, stacked-stone entrance with double gates, and complete underground utilities.
