The Craddock Oaks concept is a planned community decades in the making in the heart of Virginia's Smith Mountain Lake. The developers have completed numerous residential communities throughout Central Virginia and are bringing all of their "best practices" to Craddock Oaks. The planned home options offer a setting where painstaking effort is being made to preserve a natural setting.
