When I come to Riverwatch, I feel like I have
left my active life behind and escaped to a quiet, serene setting. I listen to
the sounds of nature, watch the birds, and take long walks through the nature
preserve. And, because the homes are all new, I don't have to do any work on my
house. Everything is fresh. And we built it green, so I feel good about its
environmental impact. When I'm ready for some socializing, I walk down the lane
to our private community pool and dock to see neighbors and meet friends. My
grandchildren love it. We take our boat out to the Chesapeake Bay...have lunch
at a restaurant...go fishing.
