  32,000-square-foot Members′ Lodge with comfortable meeting rooms, gourmet restaurant, locker rooms and pro shop

• Award-Winning Snead Golf Course:

  The Snead golf course, designed by Tom Fazio in 2004, is an 18-hole, 7,025-yard course with five sets of tees. Practice range can accommodate up to 30 golfers at once—featuring target greens, simulated holes as well as a short game section including fairway, green and bunker shots. The Snead was named after Slammin’ Sam Snead 1912 – 2002, The Greenbrier’s long-time golf professional emeritus.

• Sports Complex with Infinity Pool, Squash Courts and 25-foot Climbing Wall :

  Inspired by the delicate beauty of Ananda in the Himalayas, Ananda in the Alleghenies invokes the serenity of its intimate mountain setting to offer holistic therapies rooted in the healing powers of nature. Here, Eastern philosophy and rugged American beauty are combined in treatments dedicated to the rejuvenation of body and soul.

• Equestrian Center:

  A 24-stall barn with skylights throughout the structure, large, matted stalls each with a Dutch door, and five spacious paddocks. Members enjoy spacious tack rooms, a decorated lounge, men’s and women’s locker rooms with shower facilities. Outdoor riding ring.

• Mountaintop Summit Lodge and Activities Barn:

  Featuring an infinity pool at Greenbrier Summit Village, outdoor amphitheater and events glade as well as basketball and volleyball courts

• Hunt Cabin:

  This log cabin built in the early 1930s is the home to the Sporting Club’s on-staff outdoor pursuits professionals and naturalists. It sits on a quite stream along Howard’s Creek. Nature programs include bird watching, photography, scenic river rafting trips, miles of hiking and mountain biking trails.
  
  The possibilities for adventure are endless in and around the Sporting Club. With an on-staff Naturalist and host of sporting activities, our experienced Outdoor Pursuits staff provides expert instruction to help members learn new skills or perfect the old ones:
